I have repeatedly tried to get a return label from your company and have been told repeatedly that one was being sent. This has gone on for well over three weeks.. To date, Nothing has been sent. I have contacted my attorney on this matter and if needed, I will get him completely involved to the point that you no longer have the opportunity to speak with me, but him only. He said to try again this week and if I got no response, he would take over. if you would like terrible reviews and an attorney involved in this simple return and refund of my money . I am asking AGAIN and FINALLY For a return label and a full refund of my money. If I do not receive it in the next 48 hours, I will turn this over to my attorney. If you do not comply, you will know that when you are contacted directly by Mr. Lanham, that it is in regard to my simple request for you to uphold your 90 day guarantee of full refund of my money. So far I have used it several times and it seems to do a good job on my face and you can feel the infrared effects after each use - using moisturizer works great with it and I feel in time it will for sure tighten skin and lighten my dark uneven spots - i am satisfied with this product

I would recommend this product for anyone wanting a skin lift and boost!

Very Nice device with very good Hot and cold settings - After using it face really feels fresh and clean.

It is very comfortable to use, sleek design. The lines are getting shallower, and the absorption is really good after it's done. If there is time you can apply a mask, no time to apply a layer of thick maintenance products, the next morning the face of light ruddy, tight, pores are small, the skin is more and more delicate. Pretty happy so far.

Tried to find it in store - but couldn't! Pretty happy with the result so far, definitely makes the skin more vibrant!
